About the Role

The STLabs Agents team designs, builds, and deploys proactive AI agents to help service desks resolve requests end-to-end. We’re looking for software engineers to help us:

Responsibilities

Maintain the most ergonomic harness, tooling, and information sources for agents to solve enterprise problems.; Scale our agents' infrastructure to support millions of users.; Define the user experience of doing enterprise work with agents.; Evaluate performance, optimize models, and ensure reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of agent systems.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of software development experience; Curiosity about the latest AI industry trends

Nice to have

Deep knowledge of agent harnesses and tooling.; Measurement experts: knowing how to evaluate and optimize agents.; Experience scaling multi tenant software systems.; A relentlessly customer-focused mindset. A track record of prioritizing and shipping features that create impact.; Building delightful user experiences for technical and non technical people alike.; Ownership of the full stack and software development lifecycle with operational excellence.
