Job Description

You’ll join Xplor Field Services and our Global Technology team — You’ll help us enhance our industry-leading platform used by our customer base to run their businesses. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:

Design, develop, and test software applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C# and Microsoft.; Work to extend, troubleshoot and optimize existing framework for stability, scalability and improved member experience.; Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software applications.; Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools.; Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to deliver software solutions that meet customer needs; Optimize and improve existing software systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

4-8 years' experience in delivering software platforms used across multiple products.; Experience in software development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL.; Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.; Strong understanding of SQL server and the ability to write stored procedures.; Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.; Strong experience in building Rest/JSON based Web Services in .NET.; Experience with version control systems such as Git.
