Strong communication skills; willingness to learn; self-motivation; genuine passion for our mission; commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays; reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius; ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 pounds
