Solutions Consultant Sydney (ANZ)

Braze is hiring a Solutions Consultant focused primarily on its Small-to-Medium (SMB) Business Segment, servicing the ANZ book of business. Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices. The role is based in the Sydney office, requires some travel (at most 40% at peak times), and draws on experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process; Position new BrazeAI capabilities (including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents) to the most sophisticated customers; Serve as a technical thought leader across General Business verticals, customer types, and geographic markets; Build prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities and team; Partner with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams; Travel up to 40% at peak times

Requirements

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; unparalleled follow-up skills; team player; high level of intellectual curiosity; experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team; domain knowledge of two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even just HTML)
