Solutions Delivery Manager - Bordeaux, France

Airbus International Services (AIS) is a subsidiary wholly owned by Airbus Helicopters. AIS is looking for a Solutions Delivery Manager to support the Satair team in charge of IMS Solutions Delivery EMEA and Americas, deployed in Bordeaux, France at the earliest possible start date. The role is based off-site at one of the external Airline and MRO customers, being responsible for the lifecycle of complex Managed Solutions and acting as the bridge between Solutions customers and Satair's internal functions.

Responsibilities

Support the Satair Solutions Delivery team; Ensure IMS (Integrated Material Services) contract and cost target fulfilment; Ensure integration in customer processes; Ensure customer satisfaction; Ensure parts availability at time of need; Lead the local team delivering the IMS service; Manage day-to-day IMS service operations; Manage integration within customer operations and ensure appropriate information flow throughout the Satair organisation and supply chain; Provide high quality responses to customer or internal requests; Generate and support the ramp up plan for programme start or new fleet integration; Provide inputs to and monitor operational KPIs; Perform customer stakeholder management; Ensure close cooperation with internal Satair and Airbus functions; Ensure best practice exchange with other customer teams; Provide input for internal budgeting such as yearly AOP and forecasts; Manage/support continuous improvement activities; Comply with Satair's mission, values, Quality Management procedures and Ethics & Compliance guidelines

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Supply chain or business administration (or similar); 8+ years of work experience, preferably in the aviation aftermarket; Knowledge of SAP (experience of SD Module, AP1 a plus) and Spec2000; Able to analyse large data packages; Skywise or programming knowledge a plus; Knowledge of Basic Business Finance; English & French language skills at negotiation level; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Effective organisational and planning skills; High degree of aviation business understanding in spares support, supply chain management and A/C maintenance; Technical and process oriented background with ability to understand technical documentation and drawings; Flexible, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines; Strong knowledge of data analysing applications such as Microsoft Excel; Strong leadership skills; Ability to bridge distance for outstation management; Strong stakeholder and relationship management; Ability to address critical points diplomatically; Ability to receive and address feedback; Strong ability to prioritise issues; Ability to recruit, instruct and train new team members; Customer minded with strong intercultural awareness; Strong analytical skills; Diplomatic sense and out-of-silo mind-set; Possess strong ethics and integrity; Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills; Self-driven, positive, proactive and with a can-do attitude
