Responsibilities

Kerry , is seeking a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team.; This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified chef with experience in a similar fine-dining luxury environment who is passionate about food and eager to further develop their culinary and leadership skills.; Working under the guidance of our Executive Head Chef , you will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional standards of The Falls Kitchen while helping to lead and develop our kitchen team.; Key Responsibilities; Assist with the daily operation of The Falls Kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and service; Maintain consistently high standards throughout afternoon and evening service; Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets the standards expected of The Falls Kitchen; Ensure food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures are maintained and monitored at all times; Lead, support and oversee The Falls Kitchen team during service; Assist and support other sections of the kitchen as required; Help maintain an organised, professional and efficient kitchen environment; Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes and guest experiences

Requirements
