We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career within a luxury, award-winning kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Head Chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchens; Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene; Lead and motivate team members, supporting training and development; Manage sections, rotas, and stock as required; Step in confidently across different kitchen areas as business needs dictate

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up; Strong leadership and communication skills; Flexibility and adaptability across a fast-paced, multi-outlet operation; A genuine passion for culinary excellence

Nice to have

Fine dining and high-volume luxury hospitality experience preferred
