Responsibilities

Twin Farms is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team.; This role works closely with therapists, spa leadership, Guest Experience, and other departments across the property to ensure every detail feels seamless and intentional.; Responsibilities; Welcome guests with warmth, discretion, and genuine hospitality.; Schedule, coordinate, and confirm spa treatments and wellness experiences.; Maintain an accurate understanding of the daily spa schedule, therapist availability, and guest needs.; Work closely with therapists and spa leadership to support the smooth flow of appointments throughout the day.; Respond thoughtfully to guest questions and clearly communicate information about treatments, amenities, and the spa experience.; Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, appointment notes, and other relevant information.; Anticipate guest needs and communicate special requests, preferences, allergies, or other important details to the appropriate team members.; Process guest charges and assist with spa retail purchases.; Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the reception and retail areas.; Support retail inventory, product organization, and replenishment.; Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily spa operational needs.; Coordinate with Guest Experience and other Twin Farms departments to support seamless guest itineraries and experiences.; Communicate schedule changes and operational needs clearly and professionally.; Maintain guest confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.; Uphold Twin Farms, Forbes Five-Star, and Relais & Châteaux service standards.; Support fellow team members and contribute to a calm, welcoming, and collaborative spa environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa reception, reservations, wellness, or guest service preferred.; Warm, confident, and polished communication skills.; Exceptional organization and attention to detail.; Comfortable managing multiple appointments, guest requests, and changing priorities throughout the day.; Strong computer skills and comfort learning scheduling and property-management systems.; Professional, discreet, dependable, and calm under pressure.; Collaborative and willing to help wherever needed to support the guest experience and the spa team.; Genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
