Specialist, Paid Social

Drive paid social growth for clients. You'll take full ownership of campaign execution, from setup to optimisation, and act as the day-to-day contact who helps clients scale performance and see it reflected in the numbers. Clients will lean on you to figure out what to test next and where the budget should actually go. The role is part of the Social team in Helsinki, located in the Kanavaranta waterfront office, within a Finnish Paid Social team that works with well-known brands as part of s360, a marketing and AI consultancy.

Responsibilities

Plan, set up, and optimise Paid Social campaigns with a focus on measurable impact; Manage and utilise a range of data feeds to run dynamic social campaigns at scale, using Smartly.io as a key execution tool; Communicate directly with clients, presenting performance updates and collaborating on setup and optimisation strategies; Analyse campaign performance and report on results with a clear focus on commercial goals; Work proactively with cross-discipline teams across s360; Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous development within the team; Take full ownership of campaign execution, from setup to optimisation, and act as the day-to-day contact who helps clients scale performance

Requirements

2–3 years of experience with Paid Social, ideally from an agency or in-house setup; Hands-on experience navigating platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat; Competency in navigating Smartly for campaign monitoring and execution; Leaning into using AI; Skilled communicator who is comfortable engaging with clients and presenting campaign performance; Strong team player who values knowledge sharing and open sparring; High attention to detail with a curiosity for analysing performance, testing new tools, and learning new techniques; Strong professional communication skills both in Finnish and English
