THE POSITION

The Sr. Financial Analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting, developing financial models, tracking and reporting on key initiatives, and leading ad hoc requests as required by leadership. This role supports our Chief Commercial Officers and directly interfaces with COMPLETE Commercial clients.

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

Responsibilities

Performing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis during monthly close.; Leading preparation of monthly reporting packages and tracking KPIs for leadership.; Developing financial projections and building financial models for COMPLETE Commercial clients.; Supporting project teams with financial guidance and tracking of spend vs plan.; Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Excel, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau.; Presenting budgets and monthly financial results to COMPLETE Commercial clients.; Preparing and reviewing client budgets, contracts and statements of work.; Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.; All other duties as assigned .

Requirements

Education: B.A. / B.S. in Finance or related; Experience and/or Training: 2-5 years in a corporate finance or related role; Technology/Equipment: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education: MBA or relevant Master’s degree; Experience and/or Training: Life science industry experience; Technology/Equipment: Experience with D365 (Management Reporter), Workday Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau
