Job Description

The Senior Lead of FP&A is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain operations. This role partners with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain costs including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory.; Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, cost per unit, and logistics expenses.; Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.; Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses comparing actual results vs. budget/forecast.; Support pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and margin impacts.
