Staff Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce

The Staff Business Systems Analyst is a Salesforce-centric role with broad exposure to the platforms that power a modern insurance company. You'll be the go-to expert for complex CRM challenges, a trusted partner to business stakeholders across sales, service, and operations, and a collaborative teammate who makes the people around you more effective. The split is roughly 60% hands-on platform work and 40% stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and develop solutions across the Salesforce environment; Maintain and evolve a mature Sales Cloud foundation and help architect an emerging Service Cloud landscape; Provide end-to-end platform support including user support, data quality management, complex automation, and custom development; Partner across systems integrating with Salesforce including Zuora, Workato, Sage Intacct, Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake EDW; Translate business needs into technical solutions and technical constraints into business terms; Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities; Collaborate with the Zuora BSA and contractors, share knowledge, and provide guidance to less experienced team members

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, or a related field; 5+ years experience in Salesforce across multiple orgs with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I required; Experience in billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools
