Staff Compliance Data Analyst

Join us as a Staff Compliance Data Analyst to build the analytics foundations that power Qonto's compliance execution. You'll own a brand-new scope — monitoring KYC/KYB funnels, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure — working cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control, under the guidance of Alma, our Lead Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

Build compliance process monitoring from scratch; Model and transform data with dbt; Turn regulatory questions into self-service assets; Own the KYC/KYB funnel analytics end-to-end; Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure

Requirements

Compliance or regulated environment experience; Self-service product mindset; Cross-functional stakeholder management; Strong SQL and data modelling skills; AI-native workflow; Fluent in English
