Staff Corporate IT Engineer

CorpIT builds scalable, data-driven solutions that raise Wellhubber productivity across the organization. This role sits at the center of that mandate: you will be the technical owner and strategic voice for the platforms that every Wellhubber touches daily, balancing hands-on administration with long-term technology and vendor strategy. Reporting directly to the Corporate IT Director, you will act as a high-level technical lead and individual contributor, driving strategic partnerships with global vendors, managing enterprise AI capabilities, and collaborating across infrastructure, infosec, and executive leadership without people-management overhead.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end administration, configuration, and lifecycle management of core corporate IT platforms (including Google Workspace, access tools, and endpoint ecosystems) from discovery to retirement; Drive enterprise AI strategy hands-on by evaluating, installing, configuring, maintaining, and integrating tools like Gemini and Claude, while monitoring token costs and system efficiency; Establish and maintain a multi-quarter technology roadmap for all owned platforms; Lead vendor relationship management end-to-end, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, SLA enforcement, and technical escalations; Own software licensing and cost optimization by auditing usage data to right-size tiers and deliver cost savings to leadership; Partner with Infosec, Legal, and Compliance to maintain secure access policies (ZTNA/SASE, SSO/MFA) and uphold standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR; Act as escalation subject-matter expert, building automated self-service workflows and solving complex cross-functional challenges; Champion wellbeing within the team and the company culture

Requirements

Highly experienced technical leader with hands-on experience in corporate IT engineering and enterprise systems architecture, with a proven track record as an individual contributor; Expert in Google Workspace administration at scale, with in-depth knowledge of Admin Console settings, DLP, SSO/MFA, and enterprise productivity governance (mandatory); Hands-on experience in enterprise AI implementation and governance, with familiarity with tools such as Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI (mandatory); Experience managing enterprise SaaS vendors, holding partners accountable to SLAs, and driving complex contract renewals; Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority, translating technical trade-offs into business value; Security-conscious engineer with solid knowledge of secure cloud access, network connectivity (Zscaler or equivalent SASE/ZTNA), and data residency compliance; Full professional fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory); Only open to candidates in Brazil
