Responsibilities

Exciting opportunity to work on innovative NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure; Develop next-generation products in the Emerging Technology Solutions group; ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Thermal and power management on HBF-based products; Work with thermal and power management designer on the algorithm; Work with FW team on implementation; Work with Validation team on defining test objectives, measurement and debug planning; Verify and characterize the management implementation on actual systems

Requirements

REQUIRED:; Bachelor’s, or Master’s, in EE, ECE, E&I, VLSI, or other relevant field; 10+ years (BS), 7+ years (MS) experience in NAND flash–based or related system design; Knowledge of programming in high-level languages (e.g. C, C++, Python); Familiar with debug, testing and peripheral interfaces (JTAG, UART, I2C, I3C, SMBus); Proven experience leading products/projects and managing stakeholders; PREFERRED:; Experience with flows and toolchains for system characterization and production testing; Knowledge of AI server hardware/software frameworks; Knowledge of LLM algorithm
