Responsibilities

Design and implement new production processes; Analysis and optimize existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs; Conduct process engineering studies and evaluate process data to identify areas for improvement; Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements; Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects; Troubleshoot process-related problems and implement effective solutions; Provide technical support and training to production staff on process-related matters; Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in process engineering

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Process Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving; Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques; Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments; Innovative mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and driving efficiency; Familiarity with data analysis and statistical process control techniques; Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is desirable; Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment; Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
