Staff Software Engineer, Integrations

We are seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to join our Custodian and CRM Integrations Team! The team’s mission is to enable clients and partners to integrate with Addepar. Our cross-functional team designs, develops and operates automated workflows between Addepar and 3rd party systems. We aim to serve a variety of needs from slick no-code UI options, to more complex workflows built on top of our APIs. We’re looking for someone who will build an inclusive team culture, empower engineers to succeed and cultivate an environment that creates high-quality engineering processes and product delivery. You’ll work closely with product and design to deliver great products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with partners from the product and design teams to build great products for our clients; Drive technical direction of projects; taking business objectives and working with the team to define scalable solutions; Provide mentorship and guidance for junior developers on the team; Promote engineering best practices and principles to ensure that we build extensible solutions with high quality, maintainable code

Requirements

Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; Extensive experience as a senior software engineer using an object-oriented language, preferably Java; Proven track record of shipping complex multi-service software architecture; Strong sense of ownership; Experience working with key stakeholders to deliver projects; Experience with cloud-based infrastructure
