Responsibilities

Collaborate with VPE Launch IEs to develop AutoCad Layout for every operator Station (Trim, Chassis, Final, Door Line, Engine Line, and HV Battery Line if applicable); Coordinate All AutoCad Layouts; Tooling / Equipment; Torque Tools; Ergo Arms; Line Side Material Displays; Operator Break Areas and Supervisor Desks; PFS Layout; Define Scope of Work (SOW); New Tool Installation; Tool Relocations; Station Rearrangement; Support Contractors / Maintenance on the actual white steels and tooling installations; Change Management along with IEs (Scroll Changes / Refinements)

Requirements

Capable in performing 2D Layout in AutoCAD; Workstation Design Experiences; Expertise in developing SOW (Scope of Work); GA Shop Floor Tooling Installation Facilitation experiences to ensure the correct tools are installed in the right station and in the right way (Festooning / White Steel / Tool Rails / Tooling Sequence, etc); Understanding IE scroll / man assignments; Bachelors Degrees or Equivalent Extensive Manufacturing Experiences

Advanced degree; General Assembly Experiences; TeamCenter Skills; Proficient in MicroSoft Software such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc; Excellent Presentation Skills; Self Motivated and Goal Driven
