Responsibilities

Support and motivate your team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, respect, and achievement; Drive sales through a deep understanding of our products and genuine, consultative service; Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape strategies that delight customers and grow business performance; Maintain the showroom to an impeccable standard, ensuring it reflects our brand’s quality and attention to detail; Resolve customer enquiries with care and professionalism, always striving for outstanding outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture or high-value categories such as jewellery, automotive, bedding, or luxury travel; A confident and approachable communication style with a positive, can-do attitude; Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving; A genuine passion for coaching others and helping your team succeed
