Strategic Initiatives Manager

We’re seeking a highly execution-focused Strategic Business Manager to partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. In this role, you’ll help shape business strategy, lead cross-functional projects, improve operations, and support executive decision-making. Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to execute high-impact strategic initiatives and operational priorities; Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution; Develop business cases, perform financial and operational analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations; Build and maintain project dashboards, trackers, and executive materials to monitor progress, risks, and key decisions; Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology—including AI—and drive operational efficiencies; Prepare executive presentations, research, and briefing materials to support leadership decisions; Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Technology, and other business functions to deliver strategic outcomes; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of strategic initiatives; Serve as a trusted resource for special projects and evolving business priorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; 2-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, business operations, project management, or a related field; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership; Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Interest in AI, innovation, and continuous improvement

Nice to have

MBA or advanced degree preferred; experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
