Strategy Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a standout candidate to join the CEO Office of one of the fastest-growing startups in the UK. The role involves defining and driving company strategy, diversifying revenue through international expansion, taking bets on new routes to market, partnering with the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff, and project managing critical cross-functional work. The analysis produced will shape the future strategy of the business, working closely with the CEO and leadership team from day one.

Responsibilities

Define and drive company strategy; Diversify revenue through international expansion and new routes to market; Assess markets we might enter, including sizing, competitor and regulatory landscape, entry model options and recommendations; Assess companies to invest in, partner with or acquire, including building the commercial case and evaluating fit and risks; Coordinate and input to deal execution, including due diligence workstreams; Support post-acquisition integration, tracking milestones across teams; Help define new strategic bets; Build business cases and track progress against OKRs; Project manage critical cross-functional strategic work streams; Set clear owners, milestones and timelines; Surface blockers early; Support changes needed as the company scales

Requirements

3 to 5 years at a leading strategy consultancy, ideally with exposure to growth, market entry or corporate development; Backgrounds in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or high-growth operating roles will also be considered; Very AI literate, using AI tools across all of your work; A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach, comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems creatively; Highly commercial, strategic and a rigorous analyst; Exceptionally organised; Genuine interest in workforce transformation, startups, and organisational change
