We are looking for a structural engineer to assist in structural investigations, analyses, and repair design. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

Review of structural designs for code compliance; Structural analysis, document review, and research for root cause evaluation; On-site inspections and collection of data. Note that site inspections may require multi-day travel to other parts of the country; Preparation of reports and repair details; Regular attendance in the office; Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager

Requirements

2-4 years of relevant structural engineering experience.; Minimum Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering. Master of Science preferred.; EIT (Engineer in Training) certification preferred, progress toward Professional Licensure/Registration (PE) is a plus.; Experience with AutoCAD and computer-aided analysis/design of structures is required, experience with BIM software is a plus.; Strong oral and written communication skills are also required.; Ability to travel is required, including multi-day travel for site inspections to other parts of the country.; Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
