Supervisor - Control Tower

Ready to lead a high-performing logistics team? As a Logistics Supervisor in Gennep, you take responsibility for daily warehouse operations within High-tech division. You ensure KPI's are met, processes run smoothly, and your team performs at its best. You combine operational control with people leadership. You make decisions on the floor, adjust planning when needed, and continuously improve performance. You'll work in one of the most modern logistics centers in Europe, supported by advanced ERP/WMS systems such as SAP. Performance, structure, and collaboration are central to how we operate.

Responsibilities

Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved; Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs; Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day; Managing staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning; Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance; Leading Assistant Supervisors and operational employees; Ensuring alignment between Operations, Workforce, and Support departments; Working in shifts (early, late, or day shifts) and occasionally on weekends

Requirements

MBO working level with experience or HBO starter; Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor; Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP); Good command of English; Strong analytical and leadership skills; Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts; Legal right to work in the Netherlands at the time of applying
