Responsibilities

To lead, supervise and coach/train technicians; Coordinate and follow-up sputter systems activities from front end until back end and process documentation.; To audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, include online SPC and procedure conformance.; Work closely with each shift team members in sputter process sustaining, trouble shooting & improvement in order to achieve sputter utilization (down time), yield & quality goal.; Understand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely.; Other supervisor assigned tasks.

Requirements

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics, Materials Science, or any engineering field.; Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing-related field, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.; Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.; Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.; Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.; Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
