Supervisor

Lead a team and improve daily operations as a Supervisor in Puttershoek, helping to manage and improve the Consumer Products warehouse. The role involves working in a modern and automated warehouse that uses systems and data to manage processes, with a focus on responsibility, career growth and an international work environment. The Supervisor leads one of the logistics departments, reports to the Warehouse Manager, and helps the team improve and grow.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of team leaders and warehouse employees; Check daily results and adjust when needed; Lead daily meetings with your team; Work together with Workforce to plan staff; Improve processes and support your team; Ensure daily targets (KPIs) are reached; Work in a shift schedule including early, late, Saturday morning and occasional night shifts

Requirements

MBO+/HBO working and thinking level; At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor; Experience in logistics or warehouse operations; Experience with systems such as SAP or other ERP/WMS systems; Good English skills; Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods); Good leadership and communication skills; Able to improve processes and work with data; Legal right to work in the Netherlands when applying
