System Analyst IV

Requirements

Experience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium (Core, Asset, Deploy, Discover, Patch, Provision) or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM; Highly experienced creating, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software packages and application deployments, including lifecycle management, version control, deployment validation, and troubleshooting; End-Of-Life and vulnerability software remediation; Strong experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations; Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly PowerShell; Experience with enterprise monitoring and performance management tools such as Datadog, ControlUp, or similar platforms; Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, IP networking concepts and design, Endpoint and infrastructure security best practices, Intel-based workstation and server hardware, Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies, Virtualization technologies, System monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting as it relates to system management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues; Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced operational environments; Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; Demonstrated commitment to maintaining current technical knowledge and industry best practices; Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across IT teams, business units, and external partners; Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality support; Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; Minimum five (5) years of experience in enterprise systems administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or a related technical discipline; Equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience may be considered
