Responsibilities

Analyze existing application logic and documentation processes; Define requirements for migration to new systems; Support the transformation of planning and documentation workflows; Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams; Ensure consistency and quality in transferred processes

Requirements

Strong analytical and conceptual skills; Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering; Ability to understand complex IT processes and translate them into structured documentation; Knowledge of tools for process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML, Flows) is a mus; Migration of business logic: From REBELL & PLURAL to DiCO and PlanDok; Process optimization: Improving planning and documentation workflows; Collaboration: Close cooperation with technical experts and developers
