EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our store located in Houston Stafford, Texas. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in the processing of car deals, verify costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handle the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Responsibilities

Process all vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.; Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.; Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.; Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.; Pull reports from our TRAC system; Process rejections

Requirements

Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Preferred; Knowledge of DMV Software / CDK
