Responsibilities

End-to-end management of the recruiting process, from job posting to contract preparation; Responsibility for filling both technical and business roles across all levels of seniority; Proactive direct sourcing and identification of talent, primarily via LinkedIn; Building and strategically maintaining sustainable talent pipelines; Advising hiring managers as an equal partner to ensure the best possible fit for open positions; Developing and implementing target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies; Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving well-founded recommendations for action; Representing the company at job fairs, events, and networking activities for long-term talent acquisition

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification; Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing; Confident handling of modern recruiting tools and sourcing platforms; Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense for interacting with people at all levels; Excellent communication skills in both German and English; A strong passion for professional networking and a sharp instinct for identifying the ideal fit for each team
