We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work onsite at Weride.ai .

Responsibilities

Support HR operation and recruiting work; Perform end to end recruitment administrative support: candidates sourcing, resume screenings, new hire paperwork, etc.; Support other areas of HR such as Benefits, Employee Relations, and immigration; Support and coordinate company activities and events; Manage confidential information in a discrete way; Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field; Human resources, administrative, and/or coordinating experience preferred; Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel); Experience with applicant tracking system (Lever) considered a plus; Strong people skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals; Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; High level of energy, drive, initiative, and commitment; Able to work onsite 40 hours per week; Mandarin speaking is preferred
