Talent Acquisition Specialist I

Are you a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to connect great people with great opportunities? Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to support full-cycle recruitment and requisition management for a global manufacturing supply business or a designated North America business unit. In this role, you will collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring goals, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment laws and applicant tracking requirements. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing and a strong focus on delivering quality hires within established timelines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring goals; Build talent pipelines; Ensure compliance with employment laws and applicant tracking requirements; Manage open job requisitions and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS); Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent; Pre-screen candidates and build qualified candidate pipelines; Facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback from stakeholders; Report on recruiting metrics, market trends, and forecasting data; Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning goals.

Requirements

Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines; Experience with ATS platforms and internet recruitment tools; Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Ability to analyze data, report metrics, and forecast headcount needs; Functional assessment knowledge to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
