Talent Sourcer (Temp Position)

As a Talent Sourcer, you'll proactively identify and engage exceptional talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our hiring needs. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and engage candidates via multiple sourcing channels; Maintain a strong talent pipeline; Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends; Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to create strong talent pools; Own your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing; Ability to partner and maintain excellent relationships with peers and hiring managers; Good eye for numbers and data, with the ability to extract insights from data; Work well under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency; Enjoy being a team player
