Tax Senior Associate

Locations include: St. Louis, Kansas City, Peoria IL, Bloomington IL, Dixon IL, Champaign IL, Danville IL, and O'Fallon IL. Responsibilities

Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements; Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues; Focus on engagement management and operational excellence; Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers; Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities; Work with many great clients

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Active CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) or eligible to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license; At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting; Looking for a firm that will support and foster aspiring career goals; Willingness to help others and join a team of high-performing people; Knack for solving issues and confidently bringing solutions to the table; Love for public accounting
