TD Software Test and Support Engineer

Within Airbus Customer Services, Tech Data Support & Services (SID) is in charge of defining, producing, delivering and supporting the Technical Data (TD) products and services necessary for Customers to safely and efficiently operate their aircraft. The jobholder will work on airnav X, the Airbus solution allowing Customers to browse and manage Airbus Technical Data, as well as the GenEWIS and STDO applications. Responsibilities

Validation of the evolutions and defect management of the airnav X applications in its complete ecosystem (Online, Full Online, Intranet, Standalone, Editing, Offline), and/or GenEWIS and/or STDO applications; Support the BAO and participate in the support analysis of these applications; User Acceptance Test (UAT); Manage test activities in coordination with Business Application Owners and other entities (dataset availability, validation environment test accounts, test execution, defect opening and tracking); Update and maintain non-regression test scripts; Participate in relevant meetings along the test and deployment process; Support the BAO on Business Requirements Dossier, Features and User Stories; Contribute to M5 maturity and validate RCS (Request Change Sheet); Prepare test strategy and test cases

Requirements

Qualified engineer, preferably graduate; Customer Services organization knowledge; SGML & XML knowledge; UAT experience; Familiar with Agile methodology; General IT environment know-how & IT development experience; Project management (SDLC & STLC); Well-organized and rigorous; High autonomy; Advanced English; Good coordination and relational skills; Good communication skills, oral and written; Good reporting skills; Proactive mindset; Customer minded
