Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English reading classes for children aged 2–6 and design lively, interactive classroom activities based on our official curriculum system; Take part in regular team lesson planning, demo lesson recording, lesson refinement and curriculum optimization meetings; Answer students’ learning questions after class, maintain positive communication with children and parents to deliver excellent teaching service experience; Complete teaching assessments and collaborative team tasks as required by the campus

Requirements

Native-level English proficiency with clear, standard pronunciation and strong verbal communication skills; Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Valid teaching qualification, 120-hour+ TESL/TEFL certificate; Love children, have a passion for English education and hold professional child-oriented teaching concepts; Able to prepare lessons independently, proficient in classroom management and communicating with young kids; Accept flexible seasonal schedule adjustments during peak teaching periods and actively participate in team teaching research; Abide by non-compete and confidentiality agreements

Nice to have

Candidates majoring in Education or Preschool Education are highly preferred; TESL/TEFL Diploma holders are prioritized
