As a Team Manager – Insurance , you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence for our insurance claims support program.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members, understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations; Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom line; Identify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledge; Have a thorough understanding of the Short-Term, Long-Term, FMLA, and State Leave process related to Disability product and associated and medical terminologies, various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program; Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates; Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners and third-party providers

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any course (preferred but not required).; 3+ years ' experience as a team manager. (Required); 3+ years ' experience in Disability or Life Insurance (Required); 3+ years ' experience in Inbound Contact Center (Required); Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive improvements.; Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.; Excellent time management and multitasking abilities; Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting; Proficiency in MS Office applications; Willing to work onsite in Taguig
