Technical Facility Manager (Asaba)

Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for facility management and technical operations? We are seeking a highly competent Technical Facility Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of our facilities in Asaba, Delta State .

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.; Ensure the optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and civil assets within the facility.; Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.; Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.; Conduct routine facility inspections and prepare technical reports.; Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and statutory regulations.; Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset documentation.; Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building infrastructure and technical systems.; Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).; Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.; Conduct routine facility inspections and recommend improvement initiatives.; Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and technical documentation.; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.; Support the implementation of best practices in facility and asset management.

Requirements

First in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.; 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations.; Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility infrastructure.; Experience in lift/elevator management will be a distinct advantage.; Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.; Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility maintenance reporting tools.
