Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead who is interested in transitioning into a Technical Project Management role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on software development experience, proven technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand business objectives and project requirements; Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans; Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions; Guide and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle; Assist the team in requirement analysis, design, development, and implementation activities; Coordinate project activities, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution; Support Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; Act as a bridge between business, product, data science, and engineering teams; Track project progress, milestones, risks, and blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders; Mentor and groom team members by enhancing their technical capabilities, communication skills, and overall professional growth

Requirements

7–10 years of overall software development experience; Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience; Currently working as a Technical Lead (or recent experience as a Technical Lead); Strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills; Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities; Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives; Interest in transitioning into a Technical Project Management career path

Nice to have

Experience with .NET or MySQL will be an advantage; Exposure to AI/LLM-based solutions will be an advantage
