Technical Project Manager - Tunisia

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a full-time position based in Tunis, reporting to the technical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful delivery; Define and document functional specifications; Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation; Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams; Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines; Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution; Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met; Support testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness; Monitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicators; Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation; Promote best practices in project management and delivery

Requirements

Good understanding of technical environments, including API-based integrations; Ability to read and understand technical documentation (endpoints, credentials, integration flows); Familiarity with staging and production environments, configuration checks, and deployment processes; Strong attention to detail and quality; Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills; 2+ years of experience in technical project management, integration delivery, or a similar cross-functional technical role; Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Autonomous, adaptable, and detail-oriented; Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus
