Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for teams across hardware, software, and AI. This person will partner with leaders at Aeva to build a talent strategy around the most mission-critical hiring needs and execute those plans.

Requirements

Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.; Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.; Recruit across a broad range of technical areas, including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics , as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.; Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.; Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.; Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring.; Be a champion of Aeva’s culture and employment brand.; 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.; Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain .; Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.; Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.; Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.; Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred).; Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.
