Responsibilities

Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling; Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands; Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business; Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence; Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent; Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently; Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.; 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience required.; Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time.; Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands.; Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.; Strong problem-solving abilities.; Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups.
