We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technician 4 to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a senior-level technician, you will play a crucial role in performing advanced technical tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting our engineering and production teams.

Responsibilities

Trigger and do the first level triage; Monitor the test plan and test report; Generate comprehensive failure analysis reports and maintain accurate documentation; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality; Mentor junior technicians and share technical knowledge within the team; Implement and maintain quality control processes in the laboratory environment; Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements in failure analysis; Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field required, Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor or storage device environments; Strong electrical background with in-depth knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes and technology; Proven expertise in failure analysis methodologies and techniques; Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail; Strong understanding of quality control processes and their implementation; Ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex test data logs; Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Experience in maintaining FA tracking sheets and equipment logs; Knowledge of safety practices for handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals; Proficiency in using computer software for documentation, reporting, and data analysis; Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies; Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills; Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
