We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and systems within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

Minimum 3+ years of lab experience; Experience in Inventory Maintenance.; Basic understanding of the lab equipment's like thermal chamber and oscilloscope; Should be able to Interpret Schematic Diagrams; Experience in Setting up Lab Experiment Set Ups.; Experience in Lab Set Up.; Experience in Computer/Server Assembly & OS Installation & Configuration.; Excellent communication skills required; Support in day-to-day lab activities.; Perform and supervise various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses; Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments; Manage lab inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels; Implement and enforce lab safety protocols and quality control procedures; Analyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports on findings; Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards; Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and lab activities; Participate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures; Manage lab schedules and coordinate projects to meet deadlines efficiently

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, ITI/Diploma; Minimum 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting; Excellent knowledge of lab safety protocols and quality control procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with industry regulations and standards; Effective communication and leadership abilities; Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in the field
