The Service Technician is responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Bosch industrial boiler systems for key account customers. The role supports service growth, ensures high customer satisfaction, and protects Bosch's installed base across Tunisia and Algeria.

Responsibilities

The Service Technician is responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Bosch industrial boiler systems for key account customers; The role supports service growth, ensures high customer satisfaction, and protects Bosch's installed base across Tunisia and Algeria; Perform commissioning, maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial boilers and related systems; Diagnose technical issues and ensure fast, reliable service interventions; Support key account customers and ensure contractual service commitments are met; Execute service activities in compliance with Bosch quality, safety, and HSE standards; Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and customer feedback; Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, partners) and external suppliers when required; Support emergency interventions and on-site customer assistance across Africa

Requirements

Technical diploma or engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems; Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills; Willingness to travel frequently within Africa; Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset; Ability to work independently under field conditions; Knowledge of safety regulations and service procedures; Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team; Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability
