Tecnico de Procesos

The Process Technician supports the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes by assisting engineers with data collection, equipment setup, and process validation.

Responsibilities

Assist in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining equipment and tools used in manufacturing processes; Support Process Engineers in developing and optimizing production workflows and process parameters; Monitor production processes to ensure consistent operation and compliance with established standards; Identify and resolve issues related to production processes, equipment, and tools to minimize downtime and quality defects; Collaborate with Process Engineers and Maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and improvements; Analyze root causes of process-related issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a process or engineering-related role; Experience with manufacturing equipment, tools, and process improvement methodologies; demonstrated ability to understand and troubleshoot production equipment issues; Experience in the use of measurement tools and instruments; Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
