Responsibilities

Provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues; Create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards; Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs; Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions; Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs; Work closely with the team to create a welcoming environment and achieve store goals
