As a Retail Consultant, you will provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues. You will create positive experiences through effective communication and adherence to retail standards. This role demonstrates foundational autonomy and contributes to customer satisfaction and store performance.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services; Be the go-to tech expert by staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services and offering informed guidance and solutions; Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected; Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment and achieve store goals; Provide frontline support by assisting customers with product selection, service activation, and troubleshooting basic issues; Adhere to retail standards
