Territory Manager, State & Local Government - East

Everbridge, a global leader in critical event management, helps 6,500+ organizations respond quickly and confidently when a crisis strikes, whether it’s a cyberattack, severe weather, or a system outage. We’re seeking an experienced Territory Manager and their mission is to sell the full suite of Everbridge critical event management solutions to State & Local Government (SLG) accounts.

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, manage, and close new sales.; Develop domain knowledge of products, competitors, and target buyers in the SLG area.; Build and maintain a healthy pipeline.; Identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization.; Implement a consultative, solution selling, methodology.; Exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly bookings quotas.; Accurately manage and forecast your business using Salesforce.

Requirements

2+ years of closing experience in software sales; Experience with prospecting and engagement tools; Experience conducting presentations using video conferencing technology; Strong hunting, prospecting, and cold-calling skills; Excellent verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding targets; Territory States: FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, AL, MS, and NJ; Candidates living within or around territory they cover; Experienced hunter/closer with demonstrated track record of achievement selling in a full cycle, high volume closing role
