Territory Partner, Field Sales

Omada AI is seeking Territory Partners to walk into local businesses, pitch owners face to face, and get them live on the Omada AI marketing platform the same day. This is a 1099, commission-based role where you own your territory, pipeline, deals, and income. Omada AI is a Seattle-headquartered AI marketing platform for small businesses, backed by HubSpot Ventures and Crosslink Capital.

Responsibilities

Prospect your territory through walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, networking groups, and local events; Sell face to face and start owners on a live free trial on the spot; Own the full cycle from first conversation to paying customer; Learn the product quickly; Track activity and accounts to see what's working and close more each week

Requirements

Proven field or outside sales experience; Experience selling face to face (D2D, B2B field, territory sales, retail energy, telecom, payments, or similar); Ability to prospect for yourself and build a pipeline from zero; Comfortable walking into a business cold; Strong closing skills, including handling objections and securing next steps; Ability to self-manage your day; Reliable transportation and ability to work your territory in person
