Territory Sales Manager

An established manufacturer within the construction equipment industry is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive dealer development and sales growth across a designated region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience working with OEMs, equipment dealers, or rental companies.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow an existing dealer network while identifying and onboarding new dealer partners.; Drive territory sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.; Build strong customer relationships through exceptional sales and aftermarket support.; Support national rental accounts and promote new products and sales initiatives.; Monitor territory performance, analyse KPIs, and develop action plans to improve results.; Collaborate with internal teams on customer feedback, product improvements, and new product launches.; Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.; Manage territory budgets, forecasts, and sales reporting.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ sales experience within construction equipment, heavy equipment, attachments, or a related industry.; Proven success developing dealer or distributor networks.; Strong understanding of OEM, dealer, and rental business models.; Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.; Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.; Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.; Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.
